Obituary of Ellis T. Campbell

Graveside service for Ellis Talmage Campbell, 89, of Talladega will be Tuesday, February 18, 2014 at 3:00 PM at Oak Hill Cemetery. Brother Mike Irons will officiate and Usrey Funeral Home of Talladega will direct. His family will receive friends Tuesday from 1:30 untill 2:45 at Usrey Funeral Home.
Mr. Campbell passed away February 13, 2014 at Citizens BMC.
He was a native of Huntland, TN and was a longtime resident of Talladega where he was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church. He taught band at AIDB before retiring from teaching in 1985.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Elizabeth Campbell.
His survivors include his daughter, Zelda C. McPherson, grandchildren, Jessica M. Curtis, Natasha M. Curtis and Branden M. Parrish, as well as many nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be sent to Trinity United Methodist Church, 400 North Street Talladega, AL 35160.
