Graveside services for Mrs. Margaret Deason Lightsey, 95, of Talladega will be 11:00 am, Thursday, December 31, 2015 at Evergreen Memorial Cemetery in Sylacauga with Rev. Kory Burel officiating. The family will receive friends at Usrey Funeral Home in Talladega from 9:30 to 10:15 am. Mrs. Lightsey passed away Monday, December 28, 2015 at Citizens BMC.
Mrs. Lightsey was a native of Sylacauga and lived most of her life in Talladega. She was a member of Bemiston Baptist Church
She is survived by a daughter Linda Nunn (Bob), 2 sisters Dorothy Graham, Doris Williams, 4 grandchildren Melissa Hardin (Jimbo), Hal Davidson (Kelly), Amanda Haynes (Roger), Michael Davidson (Jessica), 8 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild, and several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband Dewey Lightsey.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Bemiston Baptist Church, 300 James St., Talladega, AL 35160, Ribbons of Hope, P.O. Box 77, Talladega, AL 35161, or Palmer Place, 305 Court St., Talladega, AL 35160.
