I am so sorry for the loss of such a loving family personality like your loved one. She must have had some wonderful experiences to share with family and friends over the years, please hold on to those. The Bible gives hope of being reunited with loved ones in the future.
"If an able-bodied man dies can he live again?
All the days of my compulsory service I shall wait,
