He was a loving husband, father and grandfather and was a member of the Christian faith.Mr. Kay was preceded in death by a son, John Kay, and by a daughter-in-law, Summer Kay; by his mother, Katie "Sally" Kay; and by his father, Clifton Kay.
Survivors: Wife: Jennifer Kay, Daughter: Lisa Eddy, Sons: Jason Kay (Brandie), Michael Anderson, Sisters: Mary Hoffman (Austin), Jeanette Lee (Chris), Brother: Randy Kay (Diann), Grandchildren: Hunter Kay, A.J. Eddy, Joshua Kay, Jericho Kay, and a host of nieces and nephews.
