Obituary of Joyce H. Klinner
Please share a memory of Joyce to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Mrs. Joyce H. Klinner, 80 years young, peacefully departed her worldly home and was greeted by our Lord and Savior at the gates of her Heavenly home, Saturday, September 5, 2015. She was an angel here on earth and will certainly be welcomed in Heaven as one of Christ’s most special angels. Joyce never had a harsh word for anyone and saw beauty in everyone and everything around her. She was one of the most humble, gracious, kind, and soft-spoken people you could ever hope to meet. For the most part of her life she was the wife of a farmer and participated in that process alongside her husband. She also worked as a cosmetologist and a seamstress at Palm Beach. She loved gardening, flowers, television, old movies, popcorn, and ice cream. However, most of all, she loved her children and devoted all of her time and energy to them after retirement. Joyce was born October 13, 1934 to Aaron and Ladelle Holt in Tallapoosa county Alabama. Joyce was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, William H. Klinner, and her brother, Jimmy C. Holt. She is survived by her sister, Carol Royster, daughters, Robin K. Ivey (Ron) and Deborah L. Klinner, granddaughter, Candice Atkisson, grandsons, Adam Hughston, Bobby (LB) Atkisson, Zachary Ivey, and great-grandchildren, Zoey Atkisson, Katherine Hughston, Jonah Hughston, and several nieces and nephews.
