Obituary of Deborah Price Watts

Deborah “Debbie” Price Watts, 62 of Munford left her earthly home on August 27, 2015 surrounded by her family, from a long battle of cancer. She refused to believe her diagnosis was terminal. She fought this disease the hardest she knew how, and with her faith in God that a cure would be found. Debbie was born August 9, 1953 and was a lifelong resident of Munford AL. She was a member of Munford Church of Christ and the Red Hats Society. Funeral service will be Saturday, August 29, 2015 at 12 noon at Munford Church of Christ. Shane Clark will officiate and burial will be in Munford Cemetery. Her family will receive friends at the church from 10:30-12:00. She was preceded in death by her parents Thomas “Red” and Mildred Price and her beloved brother Tommy Price. She is survived by her husband of 44 years, Michael “Jack” Watts, daughter, Lisa (Rob) Atkinson, sons, Jeremy (Jamie) Watts, Mark (Melissa) Watts, grandchildren, Tyler Lackey, Halee Watts, Brittany Watts, Hayden Atkinson, Gavin Watts, Callie Thompson, Trenton Watts, Nolan Atkinson. Pallbearers will be Charles Bonner, Jeff Bonner, Bobby Hayes, Travis Olgesby, Jeff Stephens and Sonny Tucker. Honorary pallbearers will be the Red Hat Society.
