Mrs. Ara A. Hethcox, 90 of Talladega Passed away August 23, 2015. She was a native of Goodwater and a longtime resident of Talladega. Funeral services will be held August 26, 2015 11:00 am at Hepzibah Baptist Church with burial in adjoining cemetery. Her family will receive friends at the church from 10:00 am until 11:00 am. The Rev. Randy Hagan will officiate her services. She was a member of Hepzibah Baptist Church where she taught Sunday School. She is preceded in death by her husband Billy W. Hethcox and daughter Susan Hethcox. She is survived by her son Joel Hethcox and his wife Elisabeth, grandchildren Emily and Will Hethcox and her sister Evelyn Barnett.
