Obituary of Rory Boggs

Funeral services for Rory Glenn Boggs, 49, of Anniston, will be Wednesday August 7, 2013 at 11 AM at Hepzibah Baptist Church. Rev. William Huffacker will officiate and burial will follow in the adjoining cemetery. His family will receive friends Tuesday from 5-8 PM at Usrey Funeral Home of Talladega, Mr. Boggs passed away August 4, 2013 at Regional Medical Center. Mr. Boggs was a native and life long resident of Talladega. He was a member of Hepzibah Baptist Church, a former employee of FCI of Talladega, and a US Army Veteran of Operation Just Cause, Panama. Rory is preceded in death by his father Jerry Boggs. He is survived by is wife, Renee Shierling Boggs, children, Amber Boggs Mitchell (Chris) and Patrick Boggs (Samantha), step-children, Kody Medders and Kady Medders, mother, Margaret B. Sollie (Ed), grandchildren, Gavin Mitchell, Gabriel Tucker, Kyree Tucker and Tanner Boggs, brother, Tracy Boggs (Sara), sister, Tonya Hendrix (Mark) and several nieces and nephews..
