I still cannot believe that we lost Greg. He was so young and his death was so unexpected.... The only thing that comforts me is that Greg was not afraid of death. He was not afraid because his faith was so strong. He knew he was going to Heaven and even at his very young age of 30 he was ready to be with Jesus Christ. In fact, he told me this on July 4th, 2013 at his family's barbeque at his grandfather's home in Cook Springs. He died about 18 hours later. I feel as if Greg knew it was time for him to do bigger and better things when we had this conversation. I will miss my very best friend- my brother- my confidont- my inspiration...........

I just finish reading the obituary about your son and wanted to say I am sorry, and you have our condolences. He was very young and I am sure all who knew him will miss him. God promise that one day sickness, sorrow, pain and death will be a thing of the passed (Revelation 21:3-5). Even our dead relatives have the hope of awakening from sleep to enjoy life to the full by means of the resurrection. Christ Jesus said "Do not marvel at this, because the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out"(John 5:28,29). What a joyous event that will be (Isaiah 25:8;Isaiah 33:24).
