Louise Gallegly Phillips, 78 of Pell City, died June 8th 2013 at Golden Living Center. She is survived by daughter Denise Phillips Ferguson of Pell City; son Delayne Phillips of Pell City, Daughter Deanna Phillips Small (Gene) of Blountsville; brother Wayne Gallegly (Becky) of Snead; grandchildren Tim Black, Kimberly Evans, Kerry Phillips, Jeff Phillips, Alisha Fowler, Anthony Mendenhall and Corey Phillips, and 13 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents Jesse and Vera Milam Gallegly, brothers Frank, Willard and Dewey Gallegly, and son Jesse Delon Phillips. A memorial service will be held at 2nd Bapatist Church of Pell City on June 13th at 5 PM, officiated by Rev. Dewey Bradley. A private burial will be held laer at Pope's Chapel Cemetery.
