Funeral Services for Lofton Smith 88 of Talladega will be held Monday May 13 at 3:00 pm Usrey Funeral Home Chapel with Masonic graveside services in Pine Hill Memorial Park with the Rev Kory Burel officiating
Mr. Smith was a native of Clanton Al. Lived in Talladega since 1946. He was retired from Bemis Co., Member of Bemiston Baptist Church and Masonic Lodge #261 for 50 years. He was preceded in death by his wife Viola Smith. Survivors include His daughter Alice Challender (Tommy) His sons James L. Smutt Smith (Beverly) and Tommy Smith (Delores), grandchildren Mike Challender, Kimberly Blanton, Brad Smith, Jason Smith, Angie Townsend, and Jon Smith, and 12 Grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Mike Challender, Jason Smith, Jon Smith, Brad Smith, Mathew Challender and Austin Blanton. Visitation will be held Monday from 1:30 until 3:00 at Usrey Funeral Home Talladega. Memorials may be made to Bemiston Baptist Church.
