Obituary of Martha Sue Milstead Travis

Funeral services for Martha Sue Milstead Travis, 81 will be Tuesday, May 14, 1:00 PM, Usrey Funeral Home Chapel with Justin Smith officiating. Burial will follow at Springhill Baptist Cemetery in Clay County. Mrs. Travis was a native of Clay County and lived most of her life in Talladega. She was a member of Springhill Baptist Church and was retired from Wehadkee Yarn Mills and Crown Textile Mill. She was preceded in death by her husbands Ralph McKinley Milstead and Charles Travis her parents Arthur and Naomi Hudgins, daughter Linda Senn and grandchild Luke Robinson. Survivors include 4 sons Jimmy L. Milstead (Jennifer), Michael Milstead (Sara), Randy Milstead and Sam Gettys, sister Louise Johnson, brother Frank Hudgins, sister Polly Jones, 4 grandchildren Stephanie Robinson, Timmothy Senn, Shane Ewing and Matthew Senn, great grandchildren, Maeson McKinley Barnett, Houston Lane Smith, Brianna Senn and Gracie Senn, and special friend Betty Ridley. Pallbearers will be Ragan Drummonds, Tim Allison, and David Smith, Robert Milam, Armando Gaspar and John Ridley Jr. Visitation will be held Monday from 6:00pm until 8:00 At Usrey Funeral Home Talladega.
