Survivors are his children: Darlene W. Payne,Angie D.Williams,Sandra Jacobs,and Howard"Rip" Williams,A Brother: Bo Williams, 2 Sisters: Josie Williams and Lula Mae Taylor.10 Grandchildren,7 Great Grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be:Cody Hurst,Buddy Dean,Trae Williams,Daton Presley,Trent Jacobs,andShannon Payne.Honorary Pallbearers will be the Lunch Crew at Mabra Center. He was preceded in death by his Wife Hazel Williams and Grandson Joey Williams. Howard was a native and lifelong resident of Talladega,and was a former co-owner of Michaels Supply Co. in Sylacauga for more than 40 years.He was a Member of Bemiston United Methodist Church and attended Immanuel Baptist Church. The Reverends Glen Horn and Gary Wyatt will be officiating the services.
