Gary Wayne Daffron Age: 61 Residence: Ragland, Alabama Date of Death: March 1, 2013 Place of Death: Birmingham, Alabama Background: Mr. Daffron was a 1970 graduate of Ragland High School. He retired from National Cement Company after 35 years of service. He served as a council member of the City of Ragland for 1 term and was the mayor of Ragland for 3 terms. He was a member of the James D. Truss Masonic Lodge #515 in Ragland and was also a member of Hardin's Chapel Church. Gary was a hardworking, dedicated, and honest man. He was a loyal brother and devoted father and grandfather.
