Services for Christine Marie Salter 83, of Munford, will be Monday at 2 PM at the chapel of Usrey Funeral Home. Rev. Kevin Jones will officiate and burial will be in Eastaboga Baptist Church Cemetery. Her family will receive friends Monday from 12 -2 PM at the funeral home.
Mrs. Salter passed away January 12, 2013 in Cleburne County.
She was a life long resident of Munford and a member of Munford Baptist Church. She loved her sewing and quilting.
Mrs. Salter is preceded in death by her husband, Forney Salter.
Her survivors include, daughter, Virginia Coffee, son, Tommy Salter, sisters, Eloise Barber (Rolland), Dorothy Daughtery (Tony), Billie Campbell, brothers, Clarence Turner (Omie), Jimmy Turner (Irene), 3 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Davy Campbell, Jimmy Turner, David Ashworth and Billy Wilson.
