She was retired Administrative Assistant from the Talladega County District Attorneys Office after 32 years of service and was serving her 4th term on the board of Registrars. She was preceded in death by her husband James Franklin Mitchell. She is survived by three children James Wayne (Vanessa) Mitchell, Tony Franklin (Cecelia) Mitchell and Janice Mitchell Rigdon One sister Betty Hutton (Mack) Wyatt 5 Grandchildren Jimmy Mitchell. Eric Mitchell, Heath Rigdon, Alyson Stuart and Katie Rigdon 3 Great Grand children Dylan Mitchell, Anna Rigdon and Aidan Mitchell and one niece Michelle Putman One Nephew Todd Wyatt. The Rev. Oscar Walker will officiate service.
