Mrs. Johns went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday November 9, 2010 at her residence after a lengthy battle with dementia, She was a native of Lincoln and lived in Talladega past 60 years. She attended Cherry Street Church of God. Retired from Palm Beach. She was an avid Alabama Football Fan. Survivors: Daughter, Marsha Wiggins (Jimmy) of Opelika, Daughter, Margaret Langley (Duck) of Talladega, Daughter, Miranda Parton (Russ) of Talladega, Daughter, Elaine Johns of Anniston, Granddaughter, Chrissy Rogers (Alan) of Morris, Grandson, Colt Langley (Katy) of Trussville, Granddaughter, Laura Carden (Barrett) of Birmingham, 4 Great-Grandchildren: Coy, Carson, Conner & Reid, Sister, Maryland Harmon (Ira) of Talladega Preceded in Death: Husband: Bobby Gene Johns, Grandson: Brent Langley, & Parents: Ella & Clay Phillips.
