. She was a native and lifelong resident of Talladega County, Member of the Three Sisters and niece Canasta Club. Retired from AIDB. She is preceded in death by her husband Clinton Thomas and son Douglas Thomas. Survivors include Daughter Connie Gaither and husband Larry, Two sisters Jonnie Sue Parton and husband Norman, Jeanette Smith and husband Rodney, Six grandchildren Jeffrey (Janice) Thomas, April (Adam) Wood, Amy(Bryan) Clark, Clint(Ashley) McNeal, Nolan Yates and Diane Yates Five great grandchildren Joshua, Breanna, Dylan, Colbi and Amberly.. Pallbearers will be Greg Parton, Russ Parton, Steve Smith, Larry Smith, Mike Parton, Johnny Parton and Mike Weaver Honorary Pallbearer. The Reverend Gary Plummer will officiate.
