He was preceded in death by his Parents Donald Albert and Irene Kiester Sr. and his sister Linda Reaves. He was a retired State Trooper and a member of The Alabama State Troopers Association, Graduate of Oxford High School and attended Jacksonville State University. He also was a band director for several local High Schools. He is survived by his wife Norma, and a host of nieces and nephews brothers and sisters-inlaws
