Spencer,Rosemary(Jimmy) Lacy,Son:W.B.(Bill)Spencer Jr.,Sisters:Bessie Heisler,and Ida Pope,4 Grandchildren: Sonya Matley,Sandi Morris,Rob Spencer and Burke Spencer.2 Great Grandsons: Austin Matley and Colton Matley. The Reverend George Bishop will officiate. Honorary Pallbearers will be Deacons of Bemiston Baptist Church. Mrs Spencer was a native of Clarke Co. Al. and was a resident of Talladega for most of her life.She was a 76 year member of Bemiston Baptist Church and was retired from Bemis Co. She was preceded in death by her parents:W.Angus and Nora Oswald Wiggins,Her Husband:W. Burke Spencer Sr.,Daughter: Martha Jean Spencer,and 3 Brothers: William Wiggins, Glen Wiggins and David Wiggins.
