Survivors are : Wife-Diane Ledbetter Cooper,2 Daughters-Julie Cooper Murner,&Jill Cooper Hurst, and Son in Law-Gabriel Hurst.3 Grandchildren- Ethan Shrum,Justin Murner, and Elaine Hurst. Mr. Cooper was preceded in death by his parents:James N.& Eleanor Cooper,and a brother Michael C. Cooper. Reverends Jerry Colquitt and C.J.Andrews will be officiating. Mr. Cooper was a native of Talladega,a 1965 graduate of Talladega High School where he was a member of the 1964 state championship team.Was a member of Stockdale Baptist Church,retired from Talladega Foundry,He was an avid Auburn Football Fan,and participated in many community sports.
