Funeral service for Wilma Lavern Reeves, 86, will by Monday, June 11, 2012 at 2:00 PM at Ridgeview Baptist Church with Rev. Jeff Thomas officiating. Burial will be in Mount Olive Cemetery.
Mrs. Reeves died Saturday June 9, 2012. She was preceded in the death by her parents, Veston and Dovie McLain; brother, Julian McLain; husband Clinton Reeves; daughter, Barbara Haynes; grandson, Ricky Reeves; and great-granddaughter, Gracie Haynes.
She was a member of Ridgeview Baptist Church. She was retired from Crown Textile.
She is survived by her sons, Melvin Reeves, Sr. of Anniston; Kenneth (Connie) Reeves of Talladega; and Terry Reeves of Sylacauga; brother Wendell McLain of Auburn; 9 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Melvin Reeves, Jr., Kevin Reeves, Kyle Haynes, Jason Reeves, Marc Haynes, James Gable, and Robby Copeland.
