She is survived by her daughters, Judy Townsend and Patsy Moseley (Dave), 7 grandchildren, Jim Townsend (Angie), Lee Townsend (Tina), Patti Ann Chastain (Justin), Julie Tran (Fred), April Moseley, Kristi Chandler, and Benjamin Moseley (Kelley), 11 great grandchildren, Cody Townsend, Lauren Townsend, Savanna Townsend, Braxton Townsend, Suzy Chastain, Amanda Tran, Kayla Tran, Logan Chandler, Abby Chandler, Peyton Moseley and Griffin Moseley. She was preceded in death by J.D. Solley and Dexter Parks and son-in-law, Bryan Townsend.
Pallbearers will be Jim Townsend, Lee Townsend, Justin Chastain, Benjamin Moseley, Joey Cobb, and Trey Cobb. Honorary pallbearers will be the Agape Sunday School Class.
Mrs. Parks was a native of Birmingham, AL and lived most of her life in Talladega. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Talladega for over 60 years. She was a member of WMU, and founding member of the Jonquil Garden Club.
