Mr. Thrower was a long time Talladega County resident. He is preceded in death by his parents: Jake V. and Dolly J. Thrower,; brothers: Jake V. Thrower, Jr., Charlie F. Thrower. His survivors include his brothers: Laddie “Nub” Thrower, Ralph Thrower, James “Peanut” Thrower, William “Bill” Thrower; sisters: Phyllis “Dean” Pruitt, Margie Header; sister-in-law, Sue Thrower; 27 nieces and nephews and a host of great-nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be nephews and great-nephews. Honorary pallbearers will be Ashville Health Care Staff and special friend Raynell Harrell.
