Obituary of Mary A. Eason

Graveside service for Mary A. Eason, 92 of Talladega will be Sunday, March 5, 2017 at 3:3 0 pm at Hepzibah Baptist Church Cemetery. Pastor Keith Wrenn will officiate. Her family will receive friends Sunday from 1-3 pm at Usrey Funeral Home. Mrs. Eason passed away March 3, 2017 at Brookwood Baptist Citizens Medical Center. She was a native of Ashland and lived in Talladega since 1945. She was a member of Hepzibah Baptist Church where she attended the Esther Sunday School Class. She and her late husband, Ross Eason operated a grocery store in Renfroe area from 1945-1973. She was preceded in death by her husband Ross Eason, son, Lynn Eason. She is survived by her grandson, Scott Shaddix, 3 great-grandchildren, Katelyn Shaddix Ferguson, (Shane), Olivia Shaddix, and Jackson Shaddix, sister, Lucille Hicks, and several nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Billy Klinner, Beaver Tinsley, Donald Mitchell, Eric Housh, Allan Wesson and Shannon Newman. Memorial messages may be offered at www.usreyfuneralhome.com
