Funeral service for William Hollis 76, of Talladega will be Wednesday, January 18, 2017 at 10:30 am the Chapel of Usrey Funeral Home. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery. His family will receive friends Tuesday from 5-7 pm. Mr. Hollis passed away January 16, 2016 at Citizens Baptist Medical Center. He was a long time resident of Talladega. He was an amazing father, husband, grandfather, great-grandfather and uncle. He was retired with over 30 years of service at Weehadkee Yarn Mill. He was preceded in death by his wife, Nancy Hollis, parents, Dee and Margret Hollis, daughter, Teresa Lynn Hollis, brother, Bobbie Hollis, Wayne Hollis, and Jackie Hollis. William is survived by his son James Rickey Hollis, grandchildren, Joey Wayne Hollis, Crystal Marie Hollis, Kimberly Paige Hollis Johnson, great-grandchildren, Hunter Lee Johnson, Wesley Sean Johnson, Michael Cole Hollis and Rileigh Grace Johnson, sister, Patricia Shirley, along with several nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Donnie Brewster Jr., Sean Johnson, Lonnie Brewster, Hunter Johnson, Ben Trish and John Trish.
