Michael Ray Hammonds, 75, of Pell City, passed away on March 30, 2024. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 pm on Wednesday, April 3rd, at Usrey Funeral Home Chapel in Talladega, with burial in Pine Hill Memorial Park in Talladega. The family will receive friends from 2-3 pm on the day of the service at the funeral home. Dave Carpenter will officiate the service.
Mike retired from City Auto Sales. He is preceded in death by his parents, Hugh and Vergie “Sis” Hammonds, and brother Terry Hammonds.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia A. Hammonds; daughter Tracy H. Williams (Warren); son Brian Hammonds (Shay); stepdaughter Denise Bay (Mike); grandchildren Savanna Windham, Katie Ehlers (Brian), Nolan Hammonds, Lawrence Hammonds, and Lana Kate Hammonds; step-grandchildren Christina Brown, Anna Bay, Mikey Bay; brother Tommy Hammonds; sisters Phyllis Posey, Amanda Ellison, and Debbie Nelson; sister-in-law Elaine Hammonds; and a host of nieces and nephews. Usrey Funeral Home in Talladega is directing services.
