Obituary of Lula Faye "Winnie" Mann

Lula Faye “Winnie” Mann, 89, of Munford, AL passed away in Talladega on Thursday, March 21, 2024. A graveside ceremony will be held in her honor at 3:00 P.M. on Friday, March 29, 2024 at Pine Hill Memorial Park with Abigail Wilke officiating. Mrs. Mann was a native of Talladega but had lived at various locations all around the world, including Hawaii, before moving back to Munford. She was a member of Ironation Methodist Church. She was employed as a mail carrier for many years and was a retired civil servant. Mrs. Mann was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, and friend who would do anything for her family. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charlie and Flora Johnson and 11 siblings. Mrs. Mann is survived by her son, Jeffery L. Mann, grandson, Samuel Anderson Mann (Shelby Mason), and a host of nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, Mrs. Mann’s family asks that donations be made in her memory to Ironaton Methodist Church, 5928 Ironaton Road, Talladega, AL 35160.
