Mr. James Matthew “Matt” Henson, 37, of Pell City, Alabama, passed away on Monday, November 27, 2023.
Matt loved his German Shepherds and he also loved rare, fast cars. However, far surpassing this love was his deep love for his family, his fiance, and his godson.
He is survived by his parents, Greg and Connie Henson; sister, Caitlin Freeman (Michael); fiancé, Layce Hill; and nephews, Michael James Freeman and Jackson Tucker Freeman.
Matt was preceded in death by his grandparents, Palmer and Kathleen Key and J.C. Henson.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Usrey Funeral Home – Pell City on Sunday, December 3, 2023, at Usrey Funeral Home - Pell City.
The memorial service will be at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 3, 2023, at Usrey Funeral Home – Pell City, with Rev. Jeff Knight officiating.
