Funeral service for Emily Frances Pettus, 84 of Talladega will be Friday January 6, 2016 at 10:00 am at Usrey Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Ronnie Snyder and Rev. Stephen Collins will officiate and burial will be in Pine Hill Memorial Park. Her family will receive friends Thursday from 6-8 pm.
Mrs. Pettus passed away January 3, 2017.
She was a longtime resident of Talladega
Mrs. Pettus is preceded in death by her husband, Austin Pettus, parents William L. and Sara F. McBurnett.
She is survived by her son Gregory A. Pettus, grandchildren, Stephanie Marburger, Gregory A. Pettus, Jr., Christopher James Pettus, Nicholas Pettus, brother, Jerry McBurnett, sister, Helen C. Cotton, along with several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Gregory Pettus, Gregory Pettus, Jr. Christoher James Pettus, Nicholas Pettus, Dyron Overton, and Matthew Overton.
