Reginald "Wayne" Taylor, 66, of Ashville, AL passed on to be with the Lord on June 28, 2026.

Wayne was a loving husband, father and grandfather. Wayne was a man with a big heart who truly loved people. He did not see faults or flaws. He only wanted to help people unconditionally. He loved fixing things, fishing, farming, hunting and most of all he loved his family!

He is preceded in death by his mother, Mary "Nell" Taylor; father, Thomas "Martin" Taylor; and brothers, Thomas "Tommy" Taylor and Larry Taylor.

He is survived by his wife, Annette Taylor; sister, Tammie Smith (John); sons, Christopher Taylor and Bradley Taylor (Whitney); grandchildren, Chloe and Colson Taylor; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services for Mr. Taylor will be held at Bethany Baptist Church at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 1, 2026, with Bro. Billy Wakefield officiating. Interment will be in the adjoining cemetery.

The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service.
