Dorothy Sue Wells,86 of Talladega Al and formally of Birmingham Al, passed away June 11, 2026, at her residence. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 1:00pm on Saturday June 20, 2026, at Salem Presbyterian Church, address 10068 Renfroe Rd. Alpine Al, her family will receive friends from 12:00pm-1:00pm at the church prior to the service. Mike Russell will be officiating the service.

Mrs. Wells Taught 2nd grade for many years in the Birmingham School System, she was a member of Salem Presbyterian Church. She was preceded in death by her parents John Howard and Florine Parsons and her brother Jay Parsons.

She is survived by her husband of 65 years Joseph R. Wells, daughters Ginger Diane Kuzo of Boise Idaho, Katherine Ann Franklin of Birmingham Al, Sharolyn Sue Miles of Pelham Al., three grandchildren.
