Henry Foster Stevens II Obituary

Henry Foster Stevens II, 56, of Cropwell passed away May 17, 2026.

He was the definition of a servant’s heart. A giver in every sense of the word. Through nursing and through everyday life, he spent his life taking care of others, loving people well, and showing up quietly for anyone who needed him — never wanting recognition or praise for any of it.

He is survived by his wife, Amy Stevens; sons, Braxton James Stevens and Cooper Joseph Stevens; brother, Doyle Jason Stevens (Evelyn); and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and loving friends.

Mr. Stevens is preceded in death by his parents, Henry Foster Stevens I and Lillie Mae Stevens; sister, Livida Kitchens.

A Celebration of Life honoring Foster will be held on Saturday, May 30, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. at Greensport Marina, in the area known as “The Pines,” in Ashville, Alabama.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made at Metro Bank to a fund that will be used for the benefit of his children.

Condolences may be offered online at www.usreyfuneralhome.com.

Usrey Funeral Home – Pell City is assisting the family.
