Herbert Steve Crim, 59, of Talladega, AL passed away on Tuesday, March 31, 2026. A graveside ceremony will be held in his honor at 1:00 P.M. on Saturday, April 11, 2026, at Midway Memory Gardens with C.R. Crim officiating.

Mr. Crim was a native and lifelong resident of Talladega and was a former employee of Quality Manufacturing. He was an avid fisherman and University of Alabama fan. Steve was always ready to help his family and friends, and he loved his grandchildren dearly.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Horace and Annie Merle Crim; brothers, James Crim, Buddy Crim, and William Crim; sisters, Lucile Parsons and Sarah Lackey, and stepson, Jessie Hamilton.

Mr. Crim is survived by his wife, Lillian Crim; sons, Brandon Hamilton (Samantha Nance) and Danny Hamilton; brothers, Harvey Crim (Brenda), C.R. Crim (Gail), Mike Crim (Kathy), and Ronald Crim (Donna); sisters, Bernice Randall, Myra Crim, and Sadie Messer; 8 grandchildren, 1 great-grandson, and a host of nieces and nephews.
