Joanne Marie Chapel, 82, of Beloit, WI, passed away February 18, 2026.

She was preceded in death by her significant other, Roger Everson, with whom she was blessed with his love, devoted friendship, and joy until the time of his death. She was also preceded in death by her parents, Adeline and Chester Kilbey; brother, Chester Kilbey Jr.; sister, Florence Schatz; five loving grandchildren, and best friend/ cousin Shelby Thompson.

She is survived by her daughters, Lori Niedermeier (Rick) and Bobbi Jo Anderson (Rex); son, Tom Blaske (Tracy); grandchildren, Chad Albrecht, Daniel Burrow (Bruna), Josh Gates (Cyeria), Kala Niedermeier, and Jenna Blaske; great-grandchildren, Cailey Rauch (Sam), Natalie Gates, Xander Gates, Nash Gates and Myles Lamprich; sister-in-law, Lorraine Kilbey; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life service will be held at Businessmen's Hall, 525 Washington Street South, Beloit IL. on March 14, 2026 from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. with service at 11:30 followed by a luncheon. A graveside burial will be held at 2:30 p.m. for those wishing to join the family.
