Mr. James “Greg” Henson, 69, of Pell City, passed away on January 31, 2026.

Greg was a co-owner of Henson Towing. He was a member of the Ben M. Jacobs Lodge 643 of The F & AM of The Grand Lodge of Alabama and a member of Bethel Church in Talladega.

He was preceded in death by his son, Matt Henson, and his father, James C. Henson.

He is survived by his wife, Connie Henson; daughter, Caitlin Freeman (Michael); and grandchildren, Michael James Freeman, Jackson Tucker Freeman, and Luke Matthew Freeman (on-the-way).

A memorial service for Greg will be held at Usrey Funeral Home – Pell City at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 7, 2026, with Bro. Jeff Knight officiating.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from Noon until 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 7, 2026.
