Norma Faye Jackson Phillips, 82, of Pell City, passed away January 29, 2026.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Della Byron Phillips parents, Ruth Ramsey Monaghan and William Frank Jackson.

She is survived by her daughters, Vickie Mitchell (Rick), Patricia Sanchez (Elias), Melinda Valdez (Tim), and Elizabeth Wilson (James); eleven grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren; sisters, Mary Jackson Mathis and Nelda Jackson Warren; and brothers, David Ray Monaghan (Frances) and Michael Earl Monaghan (Gretchen).

The funeral service will be held at Usrey Funeral Home - Pell at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 1, 2026 with Bro. Randy Barry Warren officiating. Interment will be at Coosa Valley Baptist Cemetery. Pallbearers are Tonya Gonzalez, Tony Gonzalez, Travis Gonzalez, Christian Valdez, Jordan Smoot and Derro Thomas. Honorary pallbearers are Rick Mitchell, Elias Sanchez, Tim Valdez and James Wilson.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 1, 2026.
