Linda Hurst Johnson, 81, of Talladega, AL passed away on Wednesday, January 14, 2026. Her family will receive friends at Usrey Funeral Home of Talladega on Saturday, January 17, 2026, from 12:30 P.M. until 1:30 P.M. A graveside ceremony will be held in her honor at Oak Hill Cemetery on Saturday, January 17, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. with Renay Woodruff officiating.

Mrs. Johnson was a native and lifelong resident of Talladega. She was retired from Regions Bank and the American Red Cross Board.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Johnson; parents, Brinton and Lucille Hurst; brothers, Charles Hurst and Jimmy Hurst, and sister-in-law, Juanita Hurst.

Mrs. Johnson is survived by her son, Mark Johnson (Gina); grandchildren, Brinton Johnson, Seanna Johnson, Brayden Johnson, Arabella Johnson, and Laynie Johnson; great-grandson, Meritt; sister-in-law, Vivian Hurst; nieces, Kim Fort (Scott) and Maria Whitaker (Jason), and a several great-nieces and great-nephews.
