Katherine Colquitt, 101 of Talladega, passed away November 7, 2025, at her residence. Graveside services will be held at 2:00pm on Sunday November 9, 2025, at Pine Hill Memorial Park. Jeff Carroll will officiate the service.

She was a member of Horns Memorial Baptist Church and attended Chandlers Springs Baptist Church. On her 100th birthday over 100 relatives and friends helped her celebrate her birthday which she enjoyed immensely.

She is preceded in death by her husband Clarence “Pat” Colquitt, sons James Thomas Colquitt, Charles Edward Colquitt, parents Reuben and Herni Pitts and two brothers and two sisters.

She is survived by her son Jerry Colquitt, daughters Karen Jones and her husband Ray, Kathleen Jenkins and her husband Fred, grandchildren Jeff Carroll and wife Stacey, Will Carroll, Brian Jenkins and his wife LeAnne, and six great-grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews. Usrey Funeral Home in Talladega will direct the services.
