William Richard "Rickey" Goss Jr., 56, of Pell City, passed away on September 13, 2025.

Rickey was a quiet man, but when he spoke, you wanted to listen because what he said always mattered. His faith was steady and genuine, not loud or showy, but lived out in the way he carried himself. Rickey found joy in the simple pleasures of life. He especially loved to cheer for the Alabama Crimson Tide and loved watching NASCAR races.

He is survived by his wife, Carla Goss; sister, Angela Whitten (Dennis); nephews, Derek Whitten and Mason Goss; niece, Madison Goss; and several other nices and nephews.
