Mary Helen Dulaney, 87, of Eastaboga, AL passed away at her home on Thursday, August 14, 2025. A celebration of life ceremony will be held in her honor at 2:00 P.M. on Friday, August 22, 2025, at Usrey Funeral Home of Talladega with Wes Jones officiating. Her family will receive friends at the funeral home for one hour prior to the service.

Mrs. Dulaney was a native and lifelong resident of Talladega County. She was the owner and operator of Children’s World Daycare where she loved and cared for many children over the years. She enjoyed quilting and tending to her massive garden. Mrs. Dulaney was an incredibly devoted Christian and family woman who prioritized her children and grandchildren above all else. Everyone could always be found congregating at her home. She was particularly fond of her fun-loving siblings, and they could always be found laughing and cutting up together. Her nurturing spirit made her the perfect matriarch for her close-knit family. Mrs. Dulaney truly lived for them and loved helping to care for them all.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Dulaney; daughter, Donna Jenkins; son, David Dulaney; sister, Nell McAnnally; brother, Jerry Moore, and parents, Gladys and Fred Larrow and Cecil Moore.

Mrs. Dulaney is survived by her daughter, Renee Cochran (Tom); grandchildren, Kenneth Dulaney, Trey Cochran (Marki), Abby Tolene, Kegan Cochran, Dawson Dulaney, and Jeremiah Dulaney; great-grandchildren, Cash Cochran, Cori Jane Cochran, and Avery Grace Tolene; brothers, Cecil “Buddy” Moore (Susie) and Danny Moore (Kathy), and host of nieces and nephews.
