Barbara Ann Denton, 87, of Lincoln, AL passed away on Tuesday, August 05, 2025. Her family will receive friends at Usrey Funeral Home of Talladega on Wednesday, August 13, 2025, from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. A funeral ceremony will be held in her honor at 11:00 A.M. on Thursday, August 14, 2025, at Dry Valley Baptist Church with Dr. Stan Jett officiating. Interment will follow directly after the service at Dry Valley Baptist Cemetery.

Mrs. Denton was a native and lifelong resident of Lincoln and graduated from Lincoln High School. She was also a lifetime member of Dry Valley Baptist Church. Mrs. Denton was a very devoted and loving mother and Maw-Maw.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald David Denton, son, Michael Allen Denton, and brother, Charles Bentley.

Mrs. Denton is survived by her children, Donna Davis (Don), David Denton (Lorelei), Sherry Piersol (Leon), and Robert Denton (Karen); 8 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; numerous great-great-grandchildren; brother, Ferrel Bentley, and a host of nieces and nephews.
