Mr. Terry Dalton Pate, 72, of Pell City, Alabama, passed away on July 27, 2025.

He was preceded in death by his son, Terry Pate; parents, Virgel and Ada Pate; brothers, Neal Pate and Rickey Pate; sisters, Mildred Green and Nancy Kitchens; and niece, Amy Owens.

He is survived by his wife of forty-two years, Kim Pate; sons, Greg Pate, Anthony Scott Pate, Jeffery Pate (Misty), and Terry “PeeWee” Pate; grandchildren, Brantley Pate, Makenzlynn Pate, Marlen Pate, Rosie Pate, Shelly Hicks (Drew) and family; sisters, Janice Ledbetter and Judy Pate; brother, James Pate; and several nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be held at Usrey Funeral Home – Pell City at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July, 30, 2025, with friends and family gathering from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service. Interment will be at Providence Baptist Cemetery in Ragland, Alabama.

Serving as pallbearers are Corey Tucker,Brent Hollis, Matt Humphries, Whit Walker, Justin Munkus, and Eric Teuchtler.
