Mr. Steven “Snuffy” Phillips, 64, of Lincoln, Alabama, passed away on July 16, 2025.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Clifford and Dorothy Phillips, and by his brother, Billy Stewart.

He is survived by his children, April Jemison; Dewayne Cason, Keith Cason, and Amy Godwin; a host of grandchildren; sister, Dorothy “Sissy” Campbell; and brothers, Terry Phillips and Michael Stewart.

Snuffy's friends are invited to a visitation at Usrey Funeral Home - Pell City from 5:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 23, 2025. A funeral ceremony will be held in his honor at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 23, 2025.

A graveside service will be held at Hopeful Cemetery in Munford at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 26, 2025.
