Randall 1%er Foster Obituary

Randall 1%er passed away on May 19, 2025. A true original, Randall lived life with unapologetic passion, fierce loyalty, and a heart bigger than the road he rode. Known to many as the biggest-hearted gangster you’d ever meet, he was a fearless leader, a devoted family man, and a brother in every sense of the word.

He proudly served as President of the Anniston chapter of the Outlaws Motorcycle Club, where his strength, loyalty, and guidance earned the deep respect of his brothers. He stood tall for what he believed in, always showed up when it counted, and never backed down from protecting those he loved.

Above all, Randall was a great girl dad — the proud father of Blakely Skye Foster and Stella Jane Foster, who were his greatest joy and his truest legacy. He was also a loving husband to April Victoria Foster, his rock and his partner through it all.

He is also survived by his parents, Martin Foster and Melanie Hopkins; sister, Toni Foster (Wade Slettvet); brothers, Rosco Taylor, Dillon Franklin, Daulton Perkins, and Owen Dawley; and his niece, Sylvia Slettvet. He is also remembered fondly by numerous cousins and extended family.

Randall was preceded in death by his stepfather, Steve Hopkins; grandparents, Mary and Sarge Sanders, Gaylord and Nell Foster, and Ben and Joyce Rich; and his brother, Brandon Callaway.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, May 31, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Usrey Funeral Home – Pell City. A service will follow at 3:00 PM, honoring the life, love, and legacy of a man who was, and always will be, unforgettable.

Condolences may be offered online at www.usreyfuneralhome.com.
