Mrs. Clara Fay Crow, 96, of Ragland, Alabama, passed away on Tuesday, April 29, 2025.
Mrs. Crow was a life-long resident of Ragland. She was a member of New Day Baptist Church. She was an avid quilter and seamstress. She loved to cook and make apple pies. Mrs. Crow was a loving mother, grandmother, and aunt who will be greatly missed.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Travis L. Crow; parents, John W. Portwood and Rose Belle Chambliss Portwood; sister, Evelyn Bunt; daughter-in-law, Gina Crow; grandsons, Travis O’Brien and Colby S. O’Brien; and granddaughter, Tiffany Bunt.
She is survived by her children, Barbara Holcomb (Charles); Rita F. Crow (Phillip), and Lisa D. O’Brien (Jeff); son, David C. Crow; grandchildren, Tina Jackson (Scott), Tim Holcomb (Wendi), Tammy Watkins (Heath), Scott Crow (Mesa), Allison Brantley (Andrew), Jason Bunt (LeAnn), Pam Harrison, Isaac Riggs (Krissy), and Dustin Riggs (Chelsey); great-grandchildren, Jake Latimer (Taylor), Ashley Latimer (Di), T.J. Holcomb, Wade Holcomb, Sierrah Watkins, Hanna W. De Leon Santos (Samuel), Will Watkins, Jordaen Crow (Dalton), Ashlee Swanson (Jeremy), Skylar Harrison, Cassie Wolfe, Gracin Riggs, Kaydence Riggs, Austin Riggs, Corey Riggs, and Kylie Riggs; great-great-grandchildren, Blayze Latimer, Kohen Latimer, Kameron Swanson, and Lukas Trammell; and many nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 3, 2025, at Usrey Funeral Home – Pell City with Jeff O’Brien and Heath Watkins officiating, followed by interment at New Day Baptist Cemetery in Ragland.
The family will receive friends at Usrey Funeral Home – Pell City on Saturday, May 3, 2025, from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m.
