
Obituary of Patricia Ann Williams

Patricia Ann Williams, 89, of Talladega, born March 31, 1936, in Emporia, Kansas, passed away on April 1, 2025, in Piedmont, Alabama.
Patricia loved her Jesus and her family and always shared her faith with her family and those she met. She also loved teaching at the Alabama School for the Blind, from which she retired.
A memorial service will be held at Central Baptist Church on Saturday, April 5th, at 11:00 am. Her family will receive friends and family one hour prior.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Maurine Chappel; father, John Chess; husband, Jimmy Clyde Williams; brother, Bill Hellon; sister, Nancy Chess Nichols; and great-grandson, Maverick Williams.
Mrs. Williams is survived by her daughter, Sharon Williams Armstrong; son, James Mark Williams; grandchildren Ray, Robert, Andrew, James, Brandon, Sarah, and Grace; and great-grandchildren Fletcher, Felix, Caradin, Jameson, Phoenix, August, Ruby, Kinnic, Liam, and Alden.
In lieu of flowers, Mrs. Williams' family requests that donations be made to Samaritan's Purse in her honor.
