Mae Edge Swafford, 77, of Ragland, Alabama, entered into eternal rest on March 14, 2025.
Mae was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Robert Swafford. She leaves behind a cherished legacy through her loving family: her daughter, Casey Stricker (Adam); her sons, Timothy Jones, Barry Jones (Margaret), and Larry Jones (Aleece); and her grandchildren, Bradley Jones (Cheryl), Jessica Jones, Parker Dahl (Aneska), Connor Dahl, Jessie Jones (Cheyenne), Savannah Jones, Gavin Stricker, Sarah Stricker, Raegan Stricker, Isabelle Stricker, and Tabitha Stricker. She was also blessed with ten great-grandchildren. Mae is also survived by her sisters, Sue Kilgore and Sandra Calaway.
A private service will be held to honor Mae's life, with her closest family and friends gathering to celebrate her memory.
Honoring Mae as pallbearers will be Joe Dickert, Billy Kilgore, Chuck Gaston, Chris Lathem, Jay Isbell, and Gary Haynes, with Robert Calaway serving as honorary pallbearer.
