Howard E. Bussie 70 of Munford AL. passed away on April 1,2023. A memorial service will be held in his honor on Tuesday April 4, 2023, 2:00 pm at Usrey Funeral Home Chapel Talladega with Jeff Rutledge officiating. The family will recieve friends from 1:00 - 2:00 pm prior to the services at the funeral home.
Howard was born on March 8, 1953 in Presque Isle, ME. He was retired from the Talladega County Sheriff's Department after 30 years of service. He was also a lifelong farmer along with his three brothers.
Howard was preceded in death by his parents: Howard and Helen Bussie.
Howard is survived by his wife: Peggy, his children: Brian(Chelsy)Bussie, and Jenni(Dennis)Pounders. Grandchildren: Jordyn(Nathan)Shiver, Barrett(Emily)Bussie, Baylee Pounders, Josie Pounders, and Jacob Pounders. Great grandchildren: Valerie and Alan Shiver. brothers: Wallace(Debbie)Bussie, Glenn(Teresa)Bussie, Brent(Stephanie)Bussie,
and several nieces and nephews.
Honorary pallbearers will be: past and present Talladega County Sheriff's Department Deputies.
