~ Mr. I.J. Foster, 81, of Ragland, Alabama passed away on April 30th, 2017 in Ragland.
Mr. Foster was a member of Pleasant Valley Baptist Church and a member of the Masonic Lodge .He was preceded in death by his wife, Ida H. Foster.
He is survived by his daughter, Kniva (Kenny) Walden; son, Richard (Anita) Foster; sister, Irue Jacks; four grandchildren, and six great- grandchildren.
The funeral service will be at 11:00 am on Friday May 5, 2017 at Usrey Funeral Home, Pell City, with Bro. Gene Dobbs officiating. Interment will follow at St. Clair Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Thursday, May 4, 2017 from 5-8 pm at the funeral home.
